Firstly, PP plastic pellets from ExxonMobil are prepared and stored in a storage tank for pre-heating and drying. Once the required temperature and humidity are reached, a feeding machine precisely dispenses the material. The entire feeding process is enclosed, preventing impurities and moisture from entering. Upon reaching the mixing and melting device, a high-power motor drives the mixing and melting process. The PP slurry is then precisely delivered through pipes to the T-die extrusion coating header. A French Scantech control system accurately controls the coating weight across different widths, and the coating is bonded to the base fabric using high-temperature and high-pressure rollers. Finally, surface finishing and cooling and winding are performed. Compared to conventional plastic coatings, the PP tarpaulin coating process is more automated, resulting in better product control, more uniform thickness, and improved peel strength.
